AXA Investment Managers were transitioning their marketing function from being led by the local markets to being recognised as understanding their clients and communicating to them in a manner and tone appropriate to their needs. Whilst this vision was well-defined there was a concern that the IT infrastructure and in, particular, reporting and insight were not advanced enough to support the vision.

Model Citizens undertook its capability review of the infrastructure within IM.  This encompassed holding over 40 interviews, reviewing 12 different IT systems as well as the reporting and insight. The review generated a well defined roadmap encompassing several areas with priorities and costs clearly laid out.

AXA IM are currently implementing the recommendations – confident that their strategic vision is achievable.
